What John and Julie have done for our family words can't describe. When my Dad was ill with Cancer both John and Julie said they'd look after him and they did just that. Both of them have eased the pain and Dad got exactly what he wished for.

Delanoy funeral services were professional from the outset. Both John and Julie attended our family home on a Sunday to take my deceased mother into their care.

You can feel that they truly care and aim to make connections at what is a very difficult time of grief and loss.

Everything could be personalised and upmost care and attention was given to ensure the service and burial went as planned in quite a short timescale.

John and Julie helped my family and I through the toughest time of our lives. From day 1 they were kind, caring, compassionate although very professional. We unexpectedly and very sadly lost my brother in May and the time he spent in the hands of Delanoy’s I know he was treated with respect and love, John went above and beyond for us as a family when visiting my brother with a little touch of spraying his aftershave in the viewing area which brought great comfort to me and my family. A big thank you to John and Julie of Delanoy Funeral Services for their expertise, knowledge,and care in organising the funeral of John Anderson of Easington Village on January 20th. It was a very emotional time for all our family but every aspect of his funeral was taken care of by John and Julie, they couldn’t do enough to cater for our needs and wishes. We always said when dad passes he was going to have a special send off and he did.

Julie Stout at Delanoy Funeral Services couldn't have made Daves last journey home any better, the time and effort to make his funeral beautiful I can't thank you enough you have gone beyond anyone else, you even took the flowers with us and put them on Dave's mam and dad's grave so they have both their boy's now Chris and Dave. My mam sadly passed away 20/06/24, Delanoy were amazing throughout the whole process, John and Julie went above and beyond to give our mam the send off she deserved. Couldnt recommend delanoy enough, the support given by both has been amazing, from support with funeral planning to emotional support. Delanoy helped with those little details of the funeral that at the time we don’t think of but make all the difference and create memories we will cherish.
